You're so good at knowing what everyone else needs. But when was the last time you asked yourself what YOU want?

Imagine trusting yourself as deeply as you've learned to understand everyone else.

You notice everything.

Other people's emotions.

The tension in the room.

The subtle shift in someone's voice.

You can sense what someone needs before they even say a word.

And somewhere along the way, you got so good at tuning into everyone else that your own needs, feelings, and desires started taking a back seat.

Maybe you've reached a point in your life where you're asking yourself questions you haven't asked in years.

What do I actually want?

What feels right for ME?

And why is it so hard to trust what I already know?

Now imagine what life could feel like if you gave yourself the same attention, compassion, and trust you've spent years giving everyone else.

Making a decision without needing everyone else's opinion first.

Saying what you mean without replaying the conversation in your head for days afterward.

Recognizing when something doesn't feel right and trusting yourself enough to honor that feeling.

Setting a boundary without spending the rest of the day wondering if you've disappointed someone. Or if you were kind enough.

Having the energy to do the things YOU want to do, instead of feeling like there's nothing left for you after everyone else has been taken care of.

Not because you've stopped caring about the people you love.

But because you've finally started including yourself in the life you're working so hard to take care of.

POWER is a year-long coaching experience - with built in breaks -  for empathic women who want to stop second-guessing themselves, reconnect with what they truly want, and learn to trust their own wisdom as they navigate life, relationships, and change.

This isn't about becoming someone entirely different.

It's about discovering who you get to be when your own needs, desires, and inner knowing matter just as much as everyone else's.

“Distinguishing more between ‘I don't know what to do’ and ‘I know what to do, it's just hard to take action.’ Less asking for opinions or confirmation from others. Feeling way less need to justify or explain my choices (even to my husband).”

— Kendra D., POWER Client

Imagine ending the day with energy still left for yourself.

Not because everyone around you suddenly needs less.

But because you're no longer automatically taking responsibility for everything they feel, need, or expect from you.

That's the relationship with yourself POWER helps you build.

One where you can care deeply without carrying everyone.

Where someone else's disappointment doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong.

Where you can make decisions that honor your own needs without spending days second-guessing yourself.

And where you finally have the energy and space to discover what YOU want in this season of your life.

But here's something important: You don't build that kind of relationship with yourself just by learning about it.

You build it by practicing it.

In your actual life.

With the people you love, the responsibilities you carry, and the situations that have always made it difficult to put yourself in the equation.

That's why POWER isn't twelve straight months of coaching calls, lessons, and homework.

It's a year-long experience built around intentional cycles of learning, practicing, and returning.

We do. You do. We do.

We come together in a cohort to learn, explore, and practice new ways of relating to yourself.

Then we take an intentional break so you can live what you're learning. Notice your patterns. Try something different. Discover what works for YOU.

Then we come back together to deepen the work, build on what you've experienced, and practice again.

We repeat this cycle at least three times throughout the year.

It's a structure informed by adult learning theory, because knowing something intellectually and being able to live it are two very different things.

And you deserve the time and support to bridge that gap.

You're not expected to master yourself in six weeks. You're supported in learning how to trust yourself over time.

“Realizing that I do not have to always do what others want me to do. I can make my own decisions, and I do not have to apologize or explain why I make them.”

— Jill Perrin, POWER Client

This isn't about becoming less empathic.

It's about finally including yourself in the empathy.

You already know your needs matter.

But knowing that hasn't necessarily made it easier to honor them.

Because somewhere along the way, being "good" became being available.

Understanding.

Accommodating.

The one who could handle it.

And when what you needed conflicted with what someone else wanted?

It often felt easier to disappoint yourself than risk disappointing them.

Do that enough times, and it stops feeling like a decision.

It becomes your default.

POWER helps you practice a different way.

Not by expecting you to suddenly stop caring what other people think.

And not by handing you another set of things you're supposed to remember to do perfectly.

But by helping you notice your patterns, understand what's happening inside you, and make different choices, one real-life experience at a time.

Imagine this.

Someone asks you for something.

Instead of automatically saying yes, you pause.

You notice what you're feeling.

You ask yourself what you actually want and have the capacity for.

And you make a choice that honors that.

Maybe you say yes.

Maybe you say no.

Maybe you need time to decide.

But this time, you're part of the decision.

And when the familiar urge to explain yourself, second-guess your choice, or manage someone else's feelings shows up?

You have a chance to recognize it and respond differently.

You won't necessarily get it right every time.

That's why we practice.

Together in POWER. Then in your own life. Then together again.

Until those small moments of choosing yourself begin to feel less unfamiliar.

Until you can care deeply without carrying everything.

Understand someone else's feelings without making them your responsibility.

Love people without leaving yourself behind to do it.

Your empathy doesn't have to disappear.

It just gets to include you, too.

“I am ‘pausing’, taking time to really think about what I’m trying to accomplish and then making decisions.”

— Jill Perrin, POWER Client

You probably don't need another breakthrough. You need the space to live what you already know.

You've had the realizations.

You've read the books. Done the personal development work. Maybe even experienced some profound shifts in how you see yourself and your life.

And yet, there are still moments when you find yourself doing the very thing you thought you'd moved past.

Saying yes when you wanted to say no.

Taking responsibility for someone else's feelings.

Second-guessing a decision you felt good about five minutes ago.

And wondering why, after all the work you've done, you're still here.

But what if finding yourself in an old pattern doesn't mean you haven't grown?

What if it simply means you're human, and this is another opportunity to practice something different?

Because knowing you deserve to honor your own needs is one thing.

Actually honoring them when someone you love is disappointed with you is another.

And that's why POWER is designed the way it is.

We come together. We learn. We practice.

Then you go live your life.

Not as homework.

Not as another thing to add to your already full plate.

But as an opportunity to notice what's happening, make different choices, and discover what honoring yourself actually looks and feels like in YOUR life.

Then we come back together.

With new experiences. New awareness. New questions. And opportunities to go deeper.

Because you don't need to get it all right the first time. Or the second. Or even the third.

You need the space to keep coming back to yourself.

Without judgment.

Without feeling like you're behind.

Without turning your personal growth into one more thing you're not doing well enough.

Insight can happen in a moment. Learning to live differently happens through practice, repetition, and support.

And POWER gives you the time and structure to do exactly that.

“I embody and then decide IF I can carve out time for others.”

— Maria M., POWER Client

Just because something is right for you doesn't mean it's going to feel comfortable.

And just because it feels uncomfortable doesn't mean you've made the wrong decision.

Maybe you've finally said no to something you didn't want to do.

Or spoken up about something that's been bothering you.

Or made a decision that you know is right for you, even though someone you love doesn't agree.

You did the thing.

You honored yourself.

So why don't you feel better?

Why is your mind replaying the conversation?

Why do you suddenly feel responsible for making the other person feel okay?

Why are you wondering whether you should have just done what they wanted in the first place?

Because knowing what you need and feeling comfortable honoring it are two different things.

And this is where so many deeply empathic women get stuck.

They mistake the discomfort of doing something differently for a sign that they've done something wrong.

But what if you could learn to recognize that discomfort without letting it make your decisions for you?

What if you could notice the guilt, the tension, or the urge to explain yourself—and still trust what you know?

That's part of the deeper work inside POWER.

Not learning how to become someone who never feels uncomfortable.

But developing a relationship with yourself where discomfort doesn't automatically send you back into old patterns.

Where you can recognize what's happening in your body.

Give yourself permission to pause.

Listen to your own wisdom.

And choose how you want to respond.

Even when it's hard.

And because POWER gives you repeated opportunities to practice this in your real life, you don't have to figure it all out in one moment or one conversation.

You get to notice.

Practice.

Learn from what happened.

And come back to the work with more awareness and support.

Until trusting yourself becomes something you don't just understand intellectually.

It's something you know how to return to, even when life gets uncomfortable.

“I think I thought that knowing it’s the right thing was supposed to make it feel easy.”

— Kendra D., POWER Client

You already have self-awareness. POWER helps you turn it into a way of living.

You probably don't need another pile of information about yourself.

You've already spent years learning, growing, reflecting, and trying to understand why you do what you do.

What you want now is to actually feel the difference in your everyday life.

To notice when you're slipping into an old pattern before you're completely caught up in it.

To recognize what you need without automatically talking yourself out of it.

To make choices that feel aligned with who you are, even when other people would choose differently.

And to know how to find your footing again when life gets complicated.

That's what the five pillars of POWER help you practice.

Not as five more things to master.

But as a framework you can return to again and again, through the intentional rhythm of learning together, living what you're learning, and coming back to deepen the work.

P — PRESENCE

Hear yourself in the middle of everyone else's noise.

You walk into a room and immediately sense how everyone else is feeling.

But how often do you stop to notice how YOU feel?

Presence is where you begin to recognize what's happening inside you before automatically responding to what's happening around you.

You learn to notice the tension in your body, the emotions you're experiencing, and the moments when you're reacting out of habit rather than making a conscious choice.

So instead of getting swept up in everyone else's experience, you have space to recognize your own.

O — OPTIMIZE

Make your life more supportive of who you actually are.

Maybe certain environments leave you feeling drained.

Maybe you've gotten so used to pushing through that you don't notice how overwhelmed you are until you've reached your limit.

And maybe you've spent years trying to function the way you think you should, rather than honoring what actually works for you.

Optimize helps you recognize your unique sensitivities, needs, and rhythms—and begin making choices that support them.

That might mean changing how you spend your time, what you expose yourself to, or how you structure your day.

Because you shouldn't have to constantly override yourself just to get through your life.

W — WISDOM

Stop looking outside yourself for permission to trust what you already know.

You can understand everyone's perspective.

You can see why someone feels the way they do.

And sometimes, that makes it difficult to hear your own knowing underneath all those competing voices.

Wisdom helps you strengthen your ability to discern what's yours, what's someone else's, and what feels true for YOU.

So when you're facing a decision, you can listen to other perspectives without automatically giving them more authority than your own.

You get to consider what everyone else thinks without forgetting that your opinion matters, too.

E — EMBODIMENT

Make honoring yourself something you actually do, not just something you know you should do.

It's one thing to understand that you deserve boundaries.

It's another to say no when someone is disappointed.

It's one thing to know that your needs matter.

It's another to make space for them when everyone around you needs something.

Embodiment is where you practice bringing what you know into the way you live.

In your conversations.

Your relationships.

Your decisions.

And those ordinary moments when you have the opportunity to respond differently than you have in the past.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. But more consciously, more consistently, and in ways that feel true to you.

R — RENEW

Learn to give yourself what you need before you're completely depleted.

You've probably gotten very good at recognizing when someone else needs a break.

But when it comes to yourself?

You might keep going.

Keep helping.

Keep handling things.

Until there's nothing left.

Renew helps you recognize your need for rest, restoration, and replenishment—and begin treating those needs as a normal part of life rather than something you have to earn.

It's also about knowing how to return to yourself when old patterns show up or life feels overwhelming.

Because taking care of yourself isn't something you do after everyone else is taken care of.

It's part of how you take care of yourself while you're living your life.

The real power is in how these five pillars work together.

You begin noticing what's happening inside you.

You create more support for your unique needs.

You learn to trust your own wisdom.

You practice acting on what you know.

And you give yourself permission to rest, restore, and begin again.

Then life gives you another opportunity to practice.

And another.

That's why we return to the framework throughout your year in POWER.

Because the woman you are when you first encounter these ideas won't be standing in exactly the same place when you come back to them.

You'll have lived more.

Noticed more.

Practiced more.

And you'll bring all of that experience into the next round of learning.

The framework stays familiar. Your relationship with yourself keeps evolving.

This is what self-trust starts looking like in real life.

Not perfection.

Not never second-guessing yourself again.

Small, meaningful shifts in the moments where you used to automatically leave yourself behind.

Less asking for permission. More pausing. More trusting. More choosing from what you already know.

“Distinguishing more between ‘I don't know what to do’ and ‘I know what to do, it's just hard to take action.’ Less asking for opinions or confirmation from others. Feeling way less need to justify or explain my choices (even to my husband).”

— Kendra D., POWER Client

“I notice that I do not feel bad saying no, and I might feel a little nervous and scared about speaking my mind, but it is only for a little bit—then I'm feeling so good in my own skin after.”

— Jill Perrin, POWER Client

“I am enjoying the shift from connecting with myself only AFTER everyone else is cared for to asking/considering what I need in order to take care of others. Checking in with myself has moved up on my priority list.”

— Stephanie White, POWER Client

That's the work.

Not becoming someone who never feels uncomfortable.

Becoming someone who no longer needs discomfort to mean she's doing something wrong.

POWER may be for you if...

You've done a lot of work on yourself, but you're ready to experience that growth more consistently in your everyday life.

You recognize your patterns. You understand why you do many of the things you do. And you're looking for support putting that awareness into practice.

You're in a season of life where you're asking, "What do I actually want?"

Maybe your relationships, responsibilities, or circumstances are changing. Or maybe you're simply realizing how much of your life has revolved around what everyone else needs.

You're tired of second-guessing yourself.

You want to make decisions without needing everyone else's approval, and trust yourself even when the outcome feels uncertain.

You want to understand and honor your sensitivities rather than constantly trying to overcome them.

You're beginning to recognize that the way you experience the world matters, and you want to create a life that supports who you are.

You want a place where you can grow without feeling like you're falling behind.

A compassionate community where you can explore, practice, reflect, and return to the work without pressure to have everything figured out.

You want to be part of a community where you can show up as your whole self - and where others are welcome to do the same.

POWER is an intentionally inclusive, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming community that welcomes people across identities, backgrounds, bodies, abilities, and lived experiences.

You value being in a space where differences are respected, everyone's experiences matter, and no one is expected to shrink or hide parts of themselves to belong.

And you're willing to participate in your own growth.

Not by adding another impossible standard to your life, but by being curious, honest with yourself, and open to trying something different.

You don't have to arrive at POWER knowing exactly what you want your life to look like.

You get to explore that here.

And you don't have to figure it all out in one cohort.

We do. You do. We come back together.

Again and again, with room for real life in between.

POWER probably isn't for you if...

You're looking for someone else to tell you exactly what to do.

POWER isn't designed to make you dependent on a coach or someone else's answers.

The entire purpose is to help you strengthen your relationship with your own wisdom, learn to trust yourself, and make choices that feel right for YOU.

You're looking for personal growth without participating in the process.

POWER asks for curiosity, personal responsibility, and a willingness to practice what you're learning in your actual life.

You don't have to do it perfectly. You don't have to have everything figured out. But you do have to be willing to show up for yourself.

You're unwilling to respect people whose identities, backgrounds, beliefs, or lived experiences differ from your own.

POWER is an openly LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming, inclusive community.

Kindness, respect, and a willingness to honor other people's humanity are non-negotiable.

You don't have to share everyone's experiences or perspectives. But you do have to respect their right to be fully themselves.

Discrimination, harassment, and behavior that undermines the dignity or belonging of others are not welcome here.

A note about mental health support

POWER is a coaching and educational experience, not therapy, crisis intervention, or a substitute for clinical mental health care.

If you currently need a higher level of mental health support, please work with an appropriately licensed professional.

A room where you don't have to work so hard to be understood.

There's a particular kind of relief that can happen when you're surrounded by women who recognize experiences you've spent years trying to put into words.

Women who notice deeply.

Feel deeply.

Think deeply.

Women who understand what it's like to know what you need and still struggle to give yourself permission to honor it.

You don't have to spend all your energy explaining why you experience the world the way you do.

Inside POWER, you'll be part of a community where you can be honest about what you're practicing, what feels hard, what you're noticing, and what's beginning to change.

Where your growth isn't measured against someone else's.

Where you can celebrate a small moment of choosing yourself because the women around you understand how significant that moment can be.

Where accountability comes with compassion, not pressure to get everything right.

And where hearing another woman's experience might help you recognize something in your own.

You get to learn from one another without having to become like one another.

And because POWER unfolds through multiple cohorts throughout the year, you have opportunities to return to this community with new experiences, new questions, and new awareness.

To share what you've practiced.

To explore what still feels challenging.

And to recognize growth you might not have noticed on your own.

One of the most powerful parts of POWER is what doesn't happen.

No one rushes in to fix you.

No one tells you what you should do.

No one takes over your process.

Because POWER isn't designed to make you better at trusting a coach.

It's designed to help you become more confident trusting yourself.

That doesn't mean you're left to figure everything out alone.

You'll have guidance, reflection, encouragement, and the opportunity to learn alongside women who are doing their own work, too.

But your experiences are yours.

Your choices are yours.

And your wisdom deserves space to be heard.

Instead of another room full of opinions about who you should be, you get a place to explore who you are—and who you're becoming.

Meet Brenda

Trauma-informed somatic coach. Trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator. Reiki Master. Psychic Medium. Educator. Lifelong student of what it means to be human.

I didn't create POWER because I had all the answers.

I created it because I got tired of leaving myself out of my own life.

For much of my life, I was the person who could hold everything together.

I anticipated needs.

Solved problems.

Carried responsibility.

I was thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed to the people around me.

And those qualities served me well in my career in education and leadership.

But they also helped me become very good at something I didn't realize was costing me so much.

Putting everyone else's needs into the equation before considering my own.

I could sense the emotional undercurrent in a room almost instantly.

I could recognize what someone else needed, often before they said a word.

But when it came to decisions about my own life?

I could go from feeling completely clear about what I wanted to questioning everything the moment I started thinking about how my choices might affect someone else.

I would even comfort people who were having big feelings about having done something wrong, to me. I held space for everyone. Even people who had hurt me.

Not because I didn't know what I wanted.

Because I'd learned to give everyone else's experience more weight than my own.

And I remember one moment when that became impossible to ignore.

I'd just returned home from a leadership conference. I stepped off the plane feeling inspired and clear. I was so excited about what I wanted to do next.

I knew what mattered to me.

I knew what I wanted.

But as I began thinking about the people waiting for me at home, something shifted.

I started considering what everyone else might need.

How my decisions might affect them.

Whether what I wanted would create discomfort or disappointment for someone I loved.

And I could feel that clarity slipping away.

Not because I'd changed my mind.

Because I'd already started leaving myself out of the decision, and I wasn't even out of the airport.

That moment helped me recognize a pattern I'd been living for years.

And it led me to a question that would shape the direction of my work:

How do you stay deeply connected to yourself while remaining deeply connected to others?

Because I didn't want to become someone who cared less.

I didn't want to stop noticing, feeling, or understanding the people around me.

I wanted to learn how to do all of that without disappearing from my own life.

That question has stayed with me through decades of working with people in education, leadership, and personal growth.

Along the way, I've earned a master's degree in educational leadership and become a certified trauma-informed somatic coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. I'm also a trained psychic medium and Reiki master teacher.

These different paths have deepened my appreciation for the many ways people learn, experience themselves, and make meaning of their lives.

And my background in education has taught me something I believe deeply:

Understanding something is not the same as knowing how to live it.

We need opportunities to practice.

To try something in our actual lives.

To notice what happens.

To return with new questions and experiences.

And to practice again.

That's why POWER is built around intentional cycles of learning together, living what you're learning, and coming back to deepen the work.

It's not about collecting more information or getting everything right the first time.

It's about having the time, support, and community to build a different relationship with yourself.

One where your own wisdom has a place.

Your needs matter.

And caring for others no longer requires leaving yourself behind.

I didn't create POWER to give you my answers.

I created it to help you hear yours.

To help you stay connected to yourself while you care deeply about others.

And to give you a place to practice becoming more fully who you are - through every season of your life.

“Truly a transformative experience”

INTRODUCING

Why POWER Lasts a Year

Because knowing something and knowing how to live it are two very different things.

You've probably had moments when something suddenly clicked.

A conversation.

A realization.

A new way of understanding yourself.

And for a moment, everything felt clear.

You knew what you needed.

You knew what you wanted to do differently.

You could see the pattern you'd been repeating.

But then you went back to your actual life.

And suddenly you were in the middle of a conversation with someone you love.

Or facing a decision that affected other people.

Or feeling that familiar guilt when you considered putting your own needs first.

And the thing that made so much sense when you learned it?

It became a lot harder to put into practice.

Not because you didn't understand it.

But because understanding something intellectually and being able to access it in the middle of real life are different skills.

That's where the way POWER is designed matters.

My background in education and leadership has deeply influenced how I approach personal growth.

One of the things I've learned about adult learning is that information alone isn't enough.

We need opportunities to experience what we're learning.

To try it in real situations.

To notice what happens.

To reflect on what worked and what didn't.

And to return to familiar ideas with new experiences and a deeper understanding.

That's why POWER is built around a simple rhythm:

We do. You do. We come back together.

We come together to learn and practice the POWER framework.

Then you have intentional time away from live cohort sessions to bring what you're learning into your everyday life.

Not as another assignment.

Not as one more thing to keep up with.

But as part of the life you're already living.

You notice when you're taking responsibility for someone else's emotions.

You experiment with pausing before automatically saying yes.

You practice recognizing what your body is telling you.

You make a decision based on what feels right for you.

And maybe sometimes you fall right back into an old pattern.

That's part of the learning, too.

Because now you have a real experience to reflect on.

Something to explore.

Something to understand differently.

And when we come back together, you're not starting from the same place.

You bring everything you've noticed, tried, questioned, and experienced.

We revisit the framework.

We deepen the work.

And then you go live it some more.

That's why POWER includes (at least) three live rounds across your year, with intentional integration time between them.

Not because you need to hear the same information three times.

But because you may understand and apply that information differently each time you return.

You don't need another program that asks you to keep up.

You need an experience that makes room for you to learn, live, reflect, and grow.

POWER isn't a year of trying to get yourself right.

It's a year of practicing a different relationship with yourself.

One where you get to keep learning how to trust your own wisdom, honor your needs, and stay connected to yourself as your life unfolds.

A note about the investment in POWER

POWER has continued to grow with every cohort.

As I've seen women bring this work into their real lives, I've continued refining the experience to support not just learning the framework, but actually living it.

With the addition of breathwork and coworking opportunities, POWER now offers even more ways to practice, connect, and integrate what you're learning.

This winter cohort will be the final opportunity to join POWER at the current investment of $2,800 pay in full or 12 monthly payments of $249.

The investment will increase beginning with the next cohort beginning in the spring.

I'm sharing that now because I want you to have clear information as you consider whether this is the right time and experience for you.

The price is changing. The decision is still yours.

Your Next Chapter Begins Here

You've spent so much of your life understanding other people.

Anticipating their needs.

Considering their feelings.

Making room for their experiences.

What might change if you began making that same room for yourself?

Not just when life is calm.

Not just when everyone agrees with your choices.

But in the conversations, relationships, decisions, and everyday moments that make up your actual life.

That's what we'll practice together inside POWER.

Over the course of a year, we'll learn, practice, live, and return to the work - with intentional space for you to integrate what you're discovering.

Not perfectly.

Not without uncomfortable moments.

And not with the expectation that you'll have everything figured out by the end.

But with a framework, a community, and a place to return as you learn to trust yourself more deeply.

Because POWER isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about discovering who you get to be when you stop leaving yourself out of your own life.

Your place inside POWER

Next cohort begins: January 2027

Enrollment: Spots for 23 women.

I'd love to welcome you into this experience

POWER teaches you how to stay with yourself-
even when life invites you to leave.
