I've been a plant-based eater for 6 years, a coach for 5 years, and an educators for 25 years. 

I know how awkward and uncomfortable navigating food choices with others can be, so I created this guide to help with social situations, eating with family, feeding kids and most importantly - ways to avoid self-sabotage. 

This guide includes scripts, two recipes, and strategies to prevent conflict at the dinner table.
