You’ll spend three days by the ocean — a small, intimate circle of no more than ten. (9 spots remain open)
You’ll hear the waves outside and feel something inside you start to soften.

Each morning begins with movement and breath -  the kind that clears your energy, quiets your mind, and opens your body to receive.


This isn’t just breathwork. It’s a sober psychedelic journey — deep, expansive, and regulating.
