YES TO ME

You already know how to listen to everyone else.

For two hours, we’re going to make enough room for you to hear yourself.

A live, experiential gathering for accomplished, empathic women who are tired of circling the same decision, boundary, relationship, opportunity, change, or desire—and are ready to hear what they actually know.

6–8 PM Pacific | Live on Zoom

You don’t need to arrive knowing your answer.

You can come fully in the wobble.

There is no financial investment to attend the live experience.

But this isn’t another free webinar to register for and maybe watch someday.

Your participation is the energy exchange.

Ā

YOU PROBABLY HAVE A ā€œTHINGā€ RIGHT NOW.

Maybe it’s a relationship, a job, a boundary, an opportunity, a conversation you’ve been avoiding, or something you really want and keep finding reasons you shouldn’t.

Maybe you can’t even name it yet. You just know something isn’t sitting right anymore.

So you think about it. You talk about it. You ask people you trust. You research, journal, listen, pull a card, get a reading, or wait for a sign.

And somehow you end up with more information and less clarity.

For empaths, there’s another layer. You’re not only considering what you want. You’re aware of what everyone else wants, how they might react, whether they’ll be disappointed, and what your choice could mean for them.

Eventually, everyone else’s information can get louder than your own.

Yes to Me is where we turn the volume down so you can hear yourself again.

Ā

HERE’S WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER.

Over two hours, I’ll guide you through a simple process:

NOTICE

We’ll identify the thing you’ve been circling and pay attention to what happens when you consider it - mentally, emotionally, and in your body.

What do you already know? What have you been overriding? Where are you genuinely uncertain?

SEPARATE

This is where discernment comes in.

We’ll begin separating your own knowing from fear, conditioning, other people’s expectations and reactions, and the emotions you may be picking up simply because you’re sensitive enough to feel them.

Sensitivity tells you what you can feel. Discernment tells you what is yours to carry.

CHOOSE

You don’t need a ten-year plan or a guarantee that nobody will be disappointed.

We’re looking for your next honest yes.

That might be a decision, a boundary, a conversation, one piece of information you genuinely need, or simply admitting what you want.

YOUR BODY GETS A VOTE, TOO.

You can intellectually understand self-trust and still have your body go into alarm when choosing yourself might disappoint someone.

That’s why Yes to Me includes guided somatic work and breathwork alongside teaching and coaching.

We’re not trying to force clarity. We’re creating enough internal space for you to notice what’s actually there.

Bring a journal, water, and your wobble.

THIS EXPERIENCE IS COMPLIMENTARY. IT ISN’T CASUAL.

I’m intentionally removing the financial investment from Yes to Me.

I’m not removing the investment.

Your participation is the energy exchange.

If you register, I’m asking you to protect these two hours, show up live, participate in the exercises, and be willing to be coached.

There is no replay included with complimentary registration, so please don’t register just to collect another free resource you might get around to someday.

You don’t need to come certain or fearless. You don’t even have to know what the hell your answer is.

Come fully in the wobble. But come willing.

Ā

THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU IF...

You’re capable, thoughtful, and often the person other people trust for clarity, yet there’s something in your own life you can’t stop circling.

Maybe you know what you want until someone you love reacts. Maybe you’re gathering more information without getting clearer. Or maybe you’ve done enough personal growth work to understand your patterns intellectually, but staying connected to yourself when your nervous system gets activated is another thing entirely.

You don’t need to arrive certain, fearless, or with the answer already figured out.

You do need to be willing to get curious, participate, and respect the lived experiences of the other people in the room.

Yes to Me is an LGBTQ+ affirming and BIPOC-inclusive space. All of my spaces reflect these values. My work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves safety, dignity, autonomy, and the freedom to live as their full self.

And because I don’t believe in being coy about values:

Black Lives Matter.
Women’s Rights Are Human Rights.
LGBTQ+ Rights Are Human Rights.
Science is real.

You don’t have to share the same life experiences, identities, beliefs, or answers as the person beside you.

You do have to respect their humanity.

If that sounds like a room where you can exhale, bring your wobble.

There’s a place for you here.

WHAT I WANT YOU TO LEAVE WITH

I don’t want you to leave with a decision I made for you.

I want you to leave better able to recognize what you know, what belongs to you, what you’ve been carrying for other people, and what your next honest yes might be.

Because self-trust isn’t knowing everything will turn out exactly as you hoped.

It’s trusting yourself to meet what happens after you choose.

WHO AM I?

HI, I’M BRENDA.

I’m a trauma-informed somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, psychic medium, and founder of Brenda Winkle Empowerment and Your Yes Filled LifeĀ®.

I know what it’s like to know something and override it, to look outside myself for confirmation, and to let other people’s opinions become louder than my own experience.

My work helps empathic women (and men, but my work centers women) hear themselves, trust themselves, protect their energy, and make choices without abandoning themselves to maintain connection.

I’m not here to tell you what your yes should be. I’m here to help you hear it.

ā€œI’m distinguishing more between ā€˜I don’t know what to do’ and ā€˜I know what to do, it’s just hard to take action.’ I’m asking for opinions or confirmation from others less and feeling way less need to justify or explain my choices - even to my husband.ā€
