You aren't broken and you don't need fixing.
In this episode, we take a deep dive into that and through that.... from alongside the seashore with the waves of the ocean crashing in the distance. The sense of feeling alone, wondering if you are the only one feeling the way you are feeling is one that most of us share. You aren't broken. You don't need fixing.
That feeling you have isn't you being broken... its a cry for healing. For being held.
Here's what I know for sure. What you want wants you. Sometimes the things you want most are also the things that scare you the most. That's called resistance.
Resistance feels like you want to run, or hide, or fight. It's your nervous system saying, "it's too scary!". You can sit with that feeling and ask it what it's there to teach you.
