1. Healing onboarding survey to share your goals, challenges and story. This will be used to create a personalized healing plan that meets your unique needs.
2. 24 healing sessions - Each session will last 60 minutes. Brenda will use her expertise to guide you through each session and help you release any emotional or physical blockages that are holding you back.
3. Ongoing email or Voxer support - Between sessions, Brenda will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have via email or voxer. She'll also provide you with resources and tools to help you stay on track and continue your healing journey.
